Retvae is the creative identity of Karina Nagielska. A photographer and retoucher from Poland specializing in ethereal, natural personal portraiture, fashion, sensual and concert/backstage photos. Her work centers around black-and-white photography, blending subtle emotions with a timeless, analog-inspired aesthetic. With quiet sensitivity and almost silent delicacy, I seek out the inner glow in every person - that fleeting, silvery mist of the soul, so often veiled by life’s weariness and doubt. Gently, I unveil the softness she carries within, that authentic, trembling beauty she usually hides from the world. I do not paint illusions. I do not build masks.I create only a tender, safe space where light falls the softest. Where shadows turn to velvet and the gaze regains its depth.
